Re: Hubspot login always asking to re-login Page 2

Thank you so much for your contributions to this post. The issue was resolved by simply uninstalling the plugin from “Add or remove programs” We also use procore and they have no issue with their program. Thank you for your continued patience and feedback regarding the add-in behavior.

Wat is een long-tail query in SEO?

A solution I found was to instead use standard login with e-mail + password and remember to tick the box “Remember me”. Despite the fact our inactivity is set to 3 days, we are seeing instances where it is logging out after only a few minutes!! In my case the people having this issue all had the “Hubspot Sales Addin for Outlook” installed seperately as well as the O365 addin, which presumely caused interferences with other. Additionally, does this happen for all users on all android devices or is it limited to anyone specific? @KKrulec As for your issue, I understand your Microsft SSO is throwing a HubSpot error when using it for login.

The Microsoft SSO / Two-factor-login function seems to be bugged. I like Hubspot but this single issue along with the fact that it looks like they’re not here taking care of it is about to lose them a customer. We’ve had ongoing tickets for MONTHS for this and have seen no progress on this – every time we just get told to check the Internet Options settings, etc., which we’ve done. Can I make a suggestion for the support team?

As you will see, I’ve added a query parameter to the URL that will prompt the browser to fetch the live version of the page, i.e. no cache will be applied as that very URL as it’s a URL you’ve never opened before. Are you logging in via an email or a SSO or Google account? I am able to login through Microsoft edge though. I reset my password and cleared my cache and history. Nothing happens when I login. Double-check all folders and filtersCheck spam, promotions, updates, and even your email quarantine if you’re using Google Workspace or Outlook.

Hubspot has just this week started asking users to re-login multiple times each day @KKrulec, then it’s best to check directly with the HubSpot Support team for this issue. The only issue we have faced so far is with the login for the mobile Android app. Hello everyone, everytime if i will login in my hubspot account, i get a code at my mail for the login, how can i deactivate this. Please help me! Are you sure that the affected users are definitely logging with with username and password, and not, for example, single sign-on, Google, Microsoft or using a passkey? You can check the status of your password removal in your personal security settings.

As discribed several times above, this leads to people actively ignoring hubspot in their e-mail flows which is uber critical for business success. It’s still a problem, everytime I open my Outlook App I need to login to log everything. Same issue with the Outlook plugin. I have to log in every single day for the past year (i think it wasn’t so attention-grabbing prior). We understand that this is an ongoing issue.

And if you are logged in to more than one HubSpot interface (Outlook Add-In plus Windows Tray App), each one will ask you to log in daily, which to the end user is at least two log-ins every day. Its wourse fpr some team members (they have to login multiple times a day), and for some its only once a day. HubSpot login Having the same issue with my team. I am in the same situation with users needing to login daily.

To keep your password, just sign in with it in the next 30 days. If you continue logging in without your password for the next 30 days, it’ll be automatically deleted. You’re currently signing in to HubSpot without using a password—nice work keeping your account secure with more advanced login methods. Our internal support team found the source of the issue and has turned off the backend feature that caused this.

I’ve already checked my spam and junk folders, but the code hasn’t arrived. I’m not receiving the verification code required to complete the login process. Moving forward, you and your team members should no longer be prompted to log in frequently.

The client needs to set you up as a user with your email. It is all in the email address and the way my laptop loads HS. I tried again Yesterday and got in.

I launched hubspot at 3 different companies thus far, and i never would have done that if this was havong those problems back then. When i first started using hubspot 3-4 years ago, this was never an issue. If it can find this cookie, it will not challenge the user to confirm their login again. @kvlschaefer me and my team are having the same issue.

I just want to log in with a secure method (like 2FA) and let that be good without asking me to log in again for the next 90 days. It is a poor look, and would seem relatviely easy to figure out, it is an anooyance that changes how users perceeive the expereince and the product. At this point I would like to be able to tell the client something other than, “Maybe somebody will post a fix on their forums someday… Given similar reports going back years, I wouldn’t count on it.” Are there any updates to the status of the daily login issue? I am done logging into hubspot 4-5 times a day. I have launched paid versions at many of my clients, but I use a basic free version of hubspot for my self and my personal business, and I think I have logged in for the last time today.

Hoping this issue gets fixed soon. No matter how many “fixes”, remember me, 2FA – it’s the same thing every day. Same issue, incredibly frustrating. We have tried the desktop and 365 add-ins as well as the HubSpot recommended cookie and safe website setting. Can HubSpot at least confirm if they are working on a solution or if this should be considered expected behavior? The issue is no one seems to know how to fix it, which makes me have very little confidence in the people building and working on this program.

This issue im having is that every couple of days as i came back to hubspot it was asking me for a password again, rather than rememering me. This is a common issue for users and I can absolutely understand how frustrating this behavior is.This post has been marked as a solution to pin it to the top of the post. I am getting this for users that do use a password each time as well as accounts that have been deleted for chicken road download years.

Issue is not the 2FA, the 2fa is working as it should, the issue is that the remember me is only lasting 1-2 days before its prompting me again for a username and password By checking this box, users can stay logged in for up to 28 days, reducing the need for frequent logins. To follow security best practices, we are removing users’ passwords that haven’t been used in over 90 days.

Anyone else experienced this issue in the past? Stay up to date on RevOps best practices and our community calendar @WTrading the login code is a form of 2FA, unless I’m mistaken, the same rules as described in my previous reply apply. Its normal login code, i got at my mail Contact support.

When a user attempts to log in with the SSO, the app attempts to redirect to the identity provider (Microsoft Authenticator), but fails and returns to the HubSpot app with the error “Sorry, something went wrong”. Two-factor authentication is required for all HubSpot Starter, Professional and Enterprise accounts. One day, I couldn’t access the website I created on Hubspot and when I logged into my account I couldn’t sign in, but had to sign up again from the beginning. For whatever reason, I can’t login through chrome. View solution in original post

The “Remember Me” checkbox is now available for all login types through the sales extension, including single sign-on (SSO) logins. To add query to a word list please sign up or log in. Verified that Chrome is the default browser.3. All updated and installed again a few times during the troubleshooting. If the issue persists, reach out to HubSpot or Microsoft Support for deeper troubleshooting.
